Woven Flow Retreat
A yoga-filled weekend of calm and reflection
Woven Flow Retreat Details
Where:
Hendersonville, NC
When:
September 17-21, 2026
No doubt the world is spinning around outside, the todos, the needs of others. You're in the right place to press pause. To slow down and weave together mind, body, and breath.
Surrounded by trees and nestled just south of Asheville, this 8-acre mountain retreat has five bedrooms split between a main house and a bungalow separated by a 75-foot waterfall.
We’ll bond the group with a basketweaving workshop, learn how to use natural materials to create cordage, daily yoga and journaling, and around the table with our very own private chef. There are also on-site hiking trails, and plenty of space to unwind. Yoga will take place outside on the deck with a view of the forest.
5BR 4BA + ample space for privacy and community.

The L4 Yoga Difference
Small by Design
Each retreat welcomes no more than eight guests. Intimacy creates safety, a cohesive group, and we strive for a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and able to just be.
Nourished in Every Way
All meals are prepared by a private chef using fresh, intentional ingredients. Every plate is crafted to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
Focused on the Inner Journey
Here, it’s not about flexibility or perfect poses. It’s about your internal landscape. The space between breaths, the dialogue within, the quiet reunion of you and you.
