Surrounded by trees and nestled just south of Asheville, this 8-acre mountain retreat has five bedrooms between a main house and bungalow, split by a 75-foot waterfall.

Not at all. Our retreats are designed for all levels. Each class focuses on presence and awareness, not performance or perfect poses.
