Love Loves to Love Love
Love is a powerful force. I integrate it into my practice to hold space for you to come home to Self.
I’m a lifelong learner, a yoga teacher (RYT 200hr), and a Level 1 Reiki practitioner.
I lead with empathy and gratitude, and my hope is to create spaces that feel safe enough for you to slow down. I’m here to help you rest, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the noise.
Hi, I’m Audrey
My Path Here
Yoga found me more than a decade ago, and it’s been my steady companion ever since. I’ve been teaching for over two years in community classes, at the Poyner YMCA in downtown Raleigh, and at Recess Yoga in Durham.
Over time, I’ve learned that the most meaningful practices are the ones that remind us to breathe, feel, and come back to ourselves.
I started L4 Yoga to help others do just that.
What I Believe
Healing starts from within.
When we care for ourselves, we ripple that healing out into the world.
My purpose is to help others find calm in the midst of chaos and connection in the midst of disconnection. No matter where you are in your journey, this is a place to pause and begin again.
The Heart Behind L4 Yoga
L4? It stands for “Love loves to love love.”
Essentially meaning that love inherently enjoys the act of loving itself; it signifies the idea that love is self-perpetuating and finds pleasure in the experience of love itself. It's a playful, repetitive way of saying that love is a powerful force that thrives on expressing itself and finding love in others.
