The L4 Yoga Difference
Small by Design
Each retreat welcomes no more than eight guests. Intimacy creates safety and we strive for a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and able to just be.
Nourished in Every Way
All meals are prepared by a private chef using fresh, intentional ingredients. Every plate is crafted to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
Focused on the Inner Journey
Here, it’s not about flexibility or perfect poses. It’s about your internal landscape. The space between breaths, the dialogue within, the quiet reunion of you and you.
What Will We Uncover?
We offer a balance of structure and spaciousness. Daily schedules are provided with time for relaxing between activities.
Morning vinyasa flow sessions
Guided journaling and intention-setting
Group meditation and breathwork
Restorative evening yin sessions
Vision board creation
Kayaking adventures
Long walk at Cedar Island (maybe see the wild cows!)
Tarot readings
Plenty of free time for reading/naps/birding
Everything is optional!
A Magical Space
All rooms are super dreamy and have an unobstructed view of the cove. All three rooms are about the same size and they share the two full baths. There is one queen room, one king room, and two twins room (or one king).
The home features a large window lined, sunk-in living room anchored by a wood-burning fireplace. Coziest couch to sink into with your favorite book and a cup of coffee. A large dining table for sharing meals, card games, puzzling. There are two kayaks for exploring the cove -- great for sunset!
The deck is perfect for outdoor yoga practice and meditation. On sunny days it's warm enough to practice outside, even in January! Imagine your practice under the blue sky, feeling the breeze, being witnessed by birds. In the event of cold/rain we will practice in the groovy sunken living room.
